- About Me:
- Canadian/American mixed-media writer with research interests circling around collaborative, community-engaged practices (my website is www.orium.org). Homes have been made at one time or another in Toronto, Buffalo, Baltimore, Paris, Florence and Montreal. Most recently, from 2003 to 2007 I lived in the UK, studied for a practice-based MPhil in Architecture & the Moving Image and then worked developing & facilitating cross-disciplinary writing workshops for participants ranging from 5 to 70 years old (much fun!). In 2006 I became Managing Editor of the online journal How2 (www.how2journal.com), and at the moment I run the Weekly Mentor Program for the non-profit Free Arts NYC (www.freeartsnyc.org).
