Hi darling - I'd love to feature your Michelle post on the Main Page of the site, but you need to change the privacy settings - at the moment it says that only your friends can view it.... so if it's okay with you, tick off 'anyone' for who can view it, then I can put it on the main page where everybody can see it - I didn't even realize you'd posted it until I went looking through the archives - still trying to figure everything out on this site! Kelly HAWKINS! So it's you! I was wondering who you were. HI! What a beautiful boy you have! I hadn't seen him yet. I'm looking forward to meeing him in person. How is Calgary treating you? Are you working? I have found it pretty hard to get much work done since having Ella. I mean I keep things moving, but it's just impossible to keep the pace of before. The only option is to have someone else be the mommy figure, like a nanny or something but then you're missing out on too much. Ella is three now and that is really beginning to change. Last week I was able to leave her with her Dad for a full week and she did pretty well.
Anyway, Kelly, I don't know if you're planning a trip home anytime soon. I heard that you were back last week after MJ's horrible and unfathomable death. It's still hard to believe. Unfortunately I was out of town with work all last week. The next time you're in town, drop by my house with the baby. I'm just around the corner from your parents and Ella loves babies. (which means anyone younger than her!)

About Me:
Taking time out to be a mom...and loving it! My boy's name is Evan.
12 years working in the film & television mostly as an assistant director.
My last gig before Evan was born was as a Communications Advisor and I absolutely loved the departure.
Who knows what will happen in the coming months! But I DO love doing script breakdowns for scripts in development and I am exploring how I can do more of them. I really enjoy the work and I can do it all at home over the internet.
Stay tuned!

Michellebration

I'm posting this because I know Michelle would contribute to something like the 48th Parallel Project. She was an amazing woman with a very profound view.

My brother Brad helped me present this at Michelle's memorial/Michellebration last Saturday night. I'm in Calgary and couldn't be there myself. I tried to tape… Continue
