- HI Jackie - just to let you know I've just posted a Help! How Do I make this Work??? forum and put a very detailed explanation of uploading a profile photo there. But I think the problem is most likely the SAVE button that Jenina mentions. Let us know if you're still having trouble! Cheers, Rosemary
